Final Sales

Please be aware that a few product categories will be final sale for hygienic reasons. The following categories are final sales:

  2. Face Tools
  3. Hair & Beauty Accessories

Return Policy

For all other cases, we can accept returns for up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Please refer to the following rules:

  1. Items must be in original packaging, unsealed, unopened, and unused.
  2. Kiyoko Beauty offers $8.00 CAD flat rate shipping on returns. Upon receipt of your returned package, we'll deduct the return shipping fee of $8.00 from your return order refund value.
  3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated.
  4. All Clearance items are final sale.
