Where does Kiyoko Beauty ship?

We currently ship to all locations in Canada  🇨🇦 and the United States 🇺🇸, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not deliver to Guam at this time.

Will I receive an email confirmation with my order?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your order summary.

How can I track my order?

Yes, once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. In that email, there will be a tracking number.

Can I pick up my order?

We offer order pick up in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Please email hello@kiyoko.com with your order number to coordinate a pickup during business hours with our staff.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order for you as long as it is not fulfilled. Please email us your Order Number at hello@kiyoko.com to cancel an existing order. We typically fulfill orders 1-2 days after the order is made. After an order is fulfilled, it is en route and can no longer be cancelled. For returns, please see below.

Can I return my order?

We will accept returns. If you would like to make a return please refer to our return policy

Can I get price adjustment?

Unfortunately we cannot perform price adjustments or price matches for orders placed outside of the sale period. 

When does Kiyoko restock?

We restock on a rolling basis based on product availability with our suppliers. The best thing you can do is to sign up for restock notifications on the product listing, as they helps us prioritize restocks. 

Please do not contact us for specific restock dates, as we cannot reliable provide timing estimates.
