I had stubborn scabs from accutane that wouldn't heal no matter what I used. I tried many moisturizers, cerave, a layer of Vaseline, aquaphor. Nothing worked. I used this and in a matter of a few days the scabs healed and redness decreased dramatically. Definitely useful on days where you might be using a retinol.
It's a thick cream, like a body butter that takes a few minutes to soak in, and it definitely has a strong sake smell. So it's not going to make you feel fancy but it gets the job done.

The cream is quite thick. It is not suitable for the face. Apply on the body. It does have a strong aroma, so if you are sensitive, avoid purchasing. It moisturizes, therefore it serves its purpose.

I chose this product because it was on sale and I also got the matching toner, they pair each other well. This product will probably last me over a year because its quite thick so I only use a bit. I would also recommend using it at night since it is a thicker formula, but it can be used in daytime too! It does not pill when I use it with my sunscreen.
