ANUA Birch 70% Moisture Boosting Toner (250ml)

1. Apply an appropriate amount on cleansed skin and pat into the skin for absorption or apply to cotton pad and wipe across cleansed skin.
2. Moisture: soak a cotton pad and leave on skin for 10-15 minutes before applying makeup
