I am going into week 3 into using this product (every other night) and it's done wonders!

Super effective and gentle on acne prone skin. Even where skin is dry or scabby.

I LOVE IT

Irritation

My skin normally loves azelaic acid, but this serum was an instant 'no' for me. I patch tested twice and broke out with hives and redness within a few minutes both times. I suspect it's one of the plant extracts that my skin does not react well to. I'll be going back to my non-AB azelaic serum, though I really hoped this one would work.
