Great for healthy hair and good for styling

I switched to this brand after my everyday salon hair oil got way too expensive. Is great for the price, bottle lasts LONG, protected my hair nicely, leaves it SUPER SOFT and decently helps for curls styling.

    PROS:
    - Nice smell (not overpowering through the day)
    - Feels light and doesn’t leave your hair stiff (no cast either)
    - The bottle lasts LONG (is a decent size bottle, and because the product is very liquidy you don’t need much. Worth the price!)
    - Helps shape curls! (Is not meant for styling but I use it for my curls. I only scrunch my hair and the oil helps my curls hold their shape nicely! But is a first day thing…. Second day they be goneee. Didn’t happen with my other salon hair oil but I think is because it was thicker consistency)
    - Overall felt my hair healthy and SO SOFT!

    CONS:
    - Smell is nice but is V E R Y fruity/flowery? (No shade to &honey but it does smell a little like those kids fragrances with sparkles from the mom/aunt catalogues lol… It fades nicely though)
    - I feel it does tend to straighten my hair a lil (the combo of this with my Japanese shampoos… which… f a i r). Second day of wash, hair is kinda puffy and curls at the top gooooone.

FINAL NOTES: I would recommend this as a good start to this brand. Had a good run with this and I’m ready to try their more ‘heavy’ repair hair oils.

For reference: I’m Latina, have medium thick hair (dark), oily (though Japanese products have fixed that a little!), wavy hair with decent 2C curls when styled.
