rom&nd Glasting Melting Balm is a moisturizing balm with plant-based moisturizing oil that does not dry out! It provides a transparent and smooth watery glow without feeling stuffy. The water holding system forms a highly moisturizing protective film to block moisture from escaping with its elastic texture. The New Bare series features two new shades, one warm and one cool, with lighter pigmentation for a softer effect.

How to use

1. Apply gently to the lip line.
2. Use only a small amount, as it may break if you raise or lower a large amount.
