romand Glasting Water Tint is a transparent and shiny water-gloss lip tint that appears in just 3 seconds. It leaves a long-lasting colour on the lips, even after the gloss is gone, thanks to two separate layers (glass-coated layer and colour layer). Lips will feel moisturized but not sticky!

Gorgeous lips!

This lip tint is beautiful! It has a lovely hydrating glossy finish that dries down over time and leaves the tint behind. Doesn't feel gross to reapply and doesn't leave lips dry and cakey after the dry down.
