After applying your serum or ampoule, squeeze 2–3 drops of retinol cream into your hands.
Gently smooth it over your face and neck using upward motions, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
Pat lightly until it’s fully absorbed, then follow with moisturizer if your skin feels dry.
Use at night only, starting 2–3 times a week and increasing as your skin adjusts.

TIP:

Wear sunscreen every morning because retinol makes your skin more sensitive to the sun.
Do not use in the same routine as strong acids like AHA or BHA to avoid irritation.
