Start with clean skin after washing your face.
Use the embossing (textured) side first. Gently wipe from the center of your face outward, following your skin texture. Avoid the eye and lip areas.
Flip to the smooth side and lightly swipe your face again to prep and soften the skin.
Pat in any leftover toner with your hands until fully absorbed.
Close the lid tightly after use to keep the pads from drying out.
Use 2–3 times a week at first, then adjust based on your skin’s comfort.

TIP:

If your skin feels sensitive, rinse after 5–10 minutes or use less often.
Avoid pairing in the same routine with strong actives like AHA, BHA, retinol/retinal, or vitamin C to prevent irritation.
Wear sunscreen daily, since exfoliating makes skin more sun-sensitive.
