We currently ship to all locations in Canada  🇨🇦 and the United States 🇺🇸, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not deliver to Guam at this time.

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your order summary.

How can I track my order?

Yes, once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. In that email, there will be a tracking number.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not offer pick up at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order for you as long as it is not fulfilled. Please email us at operations@kiyoko.com to cancel an existing order. We typically fulfill orders 1-2 days after the order is made. After an order is fulfilled, it is en route and can no longer be cancelled. For returns, please see below.
